隨著空氣彈簧的普及，越來越多的交通工具都配備了空氣彈簧，相信有些人對空氣彈簧的運(yùn)用與維護(hù)療養(yǎng)還存在著各種各樣的疑問，所以本期小編就帶給大家一些空氣彈簧的維護(hù)療養(yǎng)檢查小貼士。

空氣彈簧在正常運(yùn)用的時(shí)刻是無須維修和特殊維護(hù)療養(yǎng)的，僅在干凈車輛時(shí)對容易積結(jié)泥沙的金屬件進(jìn)行沖洗即可，同時(shí)也不需求運(yùn)用無論什么干凈劑。對于在運(yùn)用中已經(jīng)損傷的空氣彈簧氣囊，不可以以進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)后在運(yùn)用，由于氣囊損傷后沒有方法修復(fù)，即使補(bǔ)好了也沒有方法正常運(yùn)用。在安裝或維修時(shí)，氣囊假設(shè)接觸到溶劑、液壓油或潤滑油脂，請用干布擦掉這些個(gè)物質(zhì)，以免氣囊橡膠物材料因泡在水中而膨脹。除了平時(shí)的維護(hù)療養(yǎng)外，我們還需對空氣彈簧進(jìn)行定期的檢查；定期檢查氣囊表面：假設(shè)顯露出來磨損、裂紋或其他破損，須更換氣囊并除掉引起這些個(gè)不正常損傷的故障原因。空氣彈簧本身不具有耐磨性，不準(zhǔn)許與周圍的無論什么零件發(fā)生關(guān)涉。定期檢查活塞表面：保證活塞表面無異物或沉積的污痕。如有異物夾在氣囊與活塞表面之間，囊皮將會迅速磨損。定期檢查高度控制閥：保證空氣懸架工作高度在主機(jī)廠設(shè)定的范圍內(nèi)。 定期檢查減振器是否正常工作：保證空氣彈簧不被過度拉伸，也沒有減振液灑落到氣囊上。 定期檢查懸架整個(gè)的聯(lián)接螺釘螺釘帽是否松動(dòng)：如有松動(dòng)依照出產(chǎn)廠商推薦的擰緊力矩復(fù)緊。
